                - 10 or 20 - 55min one-on-one instructional sessions

                - Proper warm-up and cool-down program provided
                - Training homework provided after each session

                - Full access to Complete Game resources:
                            - Nutrition information
                            - Strength and conditioning program

                - Unlimited virtual feedback between sessions:
                            - Email questions and answers

Cost:

                $750 total (10 sessions - one-on-one only)
                $1,000 total (20 sessions - one-on-one only)
